Penerapan Aplikasi Powtoon untuk Meningkatkan Minat dan Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Daring Mata Pelajaran Fisika di STKIP Al-Maksum Langkat
Abstract
This research aims to describe the use of Powtoon media to enhance interest and learning outcomes in students. Basic competencies describe economic actors in the Indonesian economic system during the full academic year 2017/2018 to increase student interests and learning results through the use of Powtoon media. This research is class action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of phases of planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is the entire class of 35 students in the VIIID class. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, tests, and documents. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis. Study results show that the interest of students in the first cycle was 2.9 with medium criteria and increased to 3.2 with high criteria in the second cycle. Whereas the average student outcome score in the 1st cycle was 77.28 with a classical accuracy of 60%, it increased to 81.42 with a classic accuracy of 85.71% in the 2nd cycle. The use of Powtoon media can improve the interest and learning outcomes of students in the IPA STKIP Al-Maksum Langkat study programme.
