Pengaruh Model Inkuiri Terbimbing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Suhu dan Kalor
Abstract
This study aims to determine student learning using the guided inquiry model and conventional. The type of research used was a quasi-experiment with two group pretest-posttest design. The population used was class XI Science at SMA Negeri 11 Medan, totalling 7 classes. Sampling with cluster random sampling consisting of class XI IPA 7 totalling 30 student as the experimental class and XI IPA 4 totalling 30 student as the control class. The instrument used was the form of 10 essay questions which have been validated first. Based on the results of pretest data processing, the average value of the experimental class was 51,64 and the control class was 48,31. After learning was given a posttest, the average value of the experimental class was 84,35 and the control class was 75,95. The results of data analysis using the one-party t test obtained , this shows that there is a significant effect of the guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in the Temperature and Heat material.
